PRIVATE EVENT REQUEST

Special Occasion? Want to host a party? Reserve the CSC grassy area for a private event. Fill out the contact form below and our Pool Use Coordinator will be in touch with you shortly. The submission of this inquiry does not guarantee your party. All parties are subject to board approval. You will receive confirmation if your party is approved.

Party Guidelines:

• Parties must be scheduled during operating hours, including set-up.

• Parties have a 3-hour time limit and must end 30 minutes before closing time.

• After the 1st hour of the party, no refunds for inclement weather.

• Only picnic tables that reside in the grassy area are available for use - you may bring additional tables if needed

• Pool tents and fridges are not available for party use

• General clean up of the areas is expected (tables, trash etc)

• A list of expected attendees will be required prior to the party. For insurance and safety purposes, CSC will collect emergency contact information for ALL non-member guests regardless of expected pool use.

  Rates:

• Flat fee based on party size, plus $5 for ALL non-member guests. Non-refundable deposit of $50 to secure reservation is required.

  • $150 - Groups of 1-35 attendees

  • $250 - Groups of 36-50 attendees

  • $400 - 51+ attendees

• Fees, including deposit, can be paid via check or credit card (additional card service fee will apply). Final invoice is due to the Pool Manager or Pool Use Coordinator at the time of the party.
