Private Events
Members are welcome to bring extra guests and reserve the grassy area for a special occasion. If you are interested hosting a party at CSC, please fill out the contact form below and our Pool Use Coordinator will be in touch with you shortly. The submission of this inquiry does not guarantee your party. All parties are subject to board approval. You will receive confirmation if your party is approved. All parties must end 1/2 hour before closing time, must be scheduled during operating hours, and have a 3 hour time limit. Party set up must occur during operating hours, please plan accordingly. After the 1st hour of the party, no refunds for inclement weather. You must pay a flat fee dependent on the number of guests you plan to host in addition to the $5 guest fees for every party attendant that is not a CSC member, regardless of use. Only the picnic tables that reside in the grassy area are available for your use. Pool tents and fridges are not available for use. General clean up of the area is expected to include taking out the trash if cans are full and reset of the tables the way you found them. All fees due to manager on duty by check or cash at the time of the party.
